REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the service you received did not meet the terms as described at the time of purchase or that there were errors in the processing of your shipment that were directly attributable to our actions.

3. Non-refundable Services

Please note that certain types of services cannot be refunded. This includes:
– Services that have been completed and confirmed as delivered without reported issues within 48 hours of delivery.
– Custom services or special orders made to your specifications.
– Any service fees or charges that are explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@goodssupplier.com.my.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@goodssupplier.com.my.

7. Right to Amend

TULIP LUXURIOUS ENTERPRISE reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time by publishing a new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
